It depends on your sleep position and comfort preference. Full Orthopaedic mattresses give firm, spine-aligning support, Semi-Orthopaedic offers a balance of firmness and cushioning, and Regular/Plain Foam mattresses are softer and more affordable. Message us on WhatsApp with your preference and we can recommend the right option.
What is foam density and why does it matter?
Foam density relates to how much foam material is packed into a given volume — higher-density foam is typically more durable and supportive over time, while lower-density foam is softer and more budget-friendly. Our team can explain the density used in each mattress type when you enquire.
What mattress sizes and thicknesses are available?
We stock common sizes from 2.5ft x 6ft up to 6ft x 7ft, with thickness options from 4 inches up to 22 inches, depending on the mattress type. See our Products page for the full size and thickness guide in both feet/inches and centimeters. Other sizes are available on request.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery fees and timeframes depend on your distance from our Arroma Junction depot in Awka. See the Delivery Information section on our Products page, or contact us on WhatsApp with your location for an exact quote.
Do you offer a warranty on your mattresses?

How do I place a bulk or institutional order?
Contact us on WhatsApp or through our Request a Quote form with your organisation type (hotel, hospital, school, etc.), quantity, and delivery location. We offer bulk pricing, and free delivery may apply on qualifying orders of 100+ mattresses.
What is your return policy?
Please inspect your mattress at the point of delivery and report any issues immediately. See our full Returns & Exchange Policy page for eligibility and process details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept bank transfer and cash on delivery, arranged directly with our team. Online deposit payment via Paystack and Flutterwave is coming soon.
How do I care for my new mattress?
Use a mattress protector or zip cover, avoid folding or bending the foam, air it out occasionally, and avoid direct prolonged sunlight or moisture. Rotate the mattress periodically for even wear.
Can I visit the depot to see the mattresses in person?
Yes — we're open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm, at Romans 9:15 Plaza, Arroma Junction, Awka. Sunday we're closed. Feel free to come in and feel the range for yourself.
