Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your mattress or bedding item at the point of delivery. Report any visible damage or incorrect item to our team immediately, ideally before the delivery team leaves.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery or pickup if they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, provided the item is unused, uncut, and in its original condition and packaging where applicable. Please contact us as soon as possible — ideally at the point of delivery — so we can resolve the issue quickly.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

• Custom-cut mattresses or bulk/institutional orders made to a specification you provided
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, water damage, or normal wear and tear
• Change of mind after the 7-day window, or once a mattress has been used

4. How to Request a Return

Contact us on WhatsApp at 0702 566 4963 with your order details and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

5. Refunds

Where a return or exchange is approved, you can choose a replacement item, store credit, or a refund of the amount paid. Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer within 5–7 business days of the item being returned to our depot and inspected. Delivery fees already incurred are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty

Marta Foam mattresses are covered by a depot warranty against manufacturing defects — such as premature sagging, splitting, or foam breakdown under normal household use — for 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from water, fire, misuse, unauthorised alteration, or normal wear and tear over time. To make a warranty claim, contact us on WhatsApp with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
