1. About Us

These Terms of Service govern your use of the martafoam.ng website and any purchase made from Marta High Quality Foam Depot, located at Romans 9:15 Plaza, Arroma Junction, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria.

2. Orders

Orders may be placed via WhatsApp, phone call, or the website contact/quote forms. All orders are subject to stock availability. We will confirm price and availability before any order is finalised.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on the website (e.g. "Starting from ₦[X]") are estimates only. Final prices depend on mattress type, size, thickness, finish, quantity, and delivery location, and will be confirmed directly with you before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is currently made directly to Marta High Quality Foam Depot by bank transfer, or in cash on pickup/delivery, as agreed with our team when your order is confirmed. We do not currently process online card payments through the website. Should we introduce an online payment option in future (for example through a licensed Nigerian payment processor), this section will be updated to describe the payment method and any related refund handling.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times and delivery fees are outlined on our Products page and will be confirmed at the point of order. Delivery timelines may vary due to distance, traffic, or product availability.

6. Product Quality

We supply genuine Marta Foam products. Please see our Returns Policy for details on product issues, damages, or exchanges.

7. Bulk & Institutional Orders

Bulk and institutional orders (hotels, hospitals, schools, and similar organisations) may be subject to separate agreed terms, including custom pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately and to fulfil orders as agreed. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Marta High Quality Foam Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as traffic, weather, or courier delays), or misuse of a product outside its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) or other applicable Nigerian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
